The Security Overview

Besides the importance of an inventory, the Security Overview is of paramount importance to Brokers and Insurers.

It is all too often that a client does not accurately fill out the Security Questionnaire provided by Short Term Insurers, perhaps forgetting to mention the little thatched structure that is built onto or next to the home.

Many clients have alterations done to their home and may elect to remove once in place burglar bars and forget to inform insurers. Or thatched lapas may be erected. Security systems may no longer be functioning or linked to an Authorised Response Company. Security gates could be removed. The possibilities of security being compromised are endless.
